What would be a ball park labor figure for some home improvement I am having done?

Artiecat asked:

I am having part of basement redone after flood damage. I would like to know a ball park figure for the following utilizing a 320 sq ft space.

Old paneling removed, old tile (wet underneath) removed. All hauled away by contractor. Replace with insulation and water-resistent dry wall; wood laminate floor (flooring at around 75.00 per sq ft). Install three doors in lieu of old paneling and panel doors. Paint dry wall all around. The figure I am looking for does not include materials as I am paying for them separately. I am interested in a labor figure.

I would suggest you get three or four estimates that’s the best way as it’s hard to judge with out looking at it don’t’ go for the lowest or the highest go for the bid in between also make sure they have liability insurance
